Salacca Export

Salacca/Salak/Snake Fruit is a native fruit from Indonesia, especially on the island of Java. This fruit has a brown skin and scales like a snake. White fruit flesh with a very crunchy texture like an apple but not as soft as an apple. The taste is very sweet and slightly sour. 

Salacca can last up to 7-10 days at room temperature and 13-16 days in the refrigerator. The best way to Export Salacca is to use air lines or Air Freight. We start harvesting and packing fruit at 60-70% ripeness.
